Society, knowing that Reality is that which endures without constant reinforcement by the Mind, will invest a portion of its resources in this truth. Society, knowing it is important to its survival that its citizens are able to discern qualitative differences between one location in the environment and another will invest a portion of its resources in Perception. Society, knowing that attention causes an exaggerated sense of isolation between entities, objects, and things, persons, places, and things; understands that Perception is a problem. Society, knowing that an appreciation of the whole is lost to its citizens, realizes that Perception is a problem that requires a response.

Society, knowing the true World is unnamed, undefined, uncounted, unmeasured, not compared, not united, and undivided; regards Perception with deep suspicion. Society; knowing that the World is named, defined, counted, measured, compared, united, and divided only for the sake of itself and that these things are utterly unneeded and unwanted by the World will not allow Perception to set forth the meaning of things. Society will refuse to see that which is unbounded as if it was bound. Society will realize that objects are many or few only to itself and never to the World.
